      For the fiscal year, Rochester Community Schools was one of school districts in the United States and Canada to receive the award. There were only three other districts in the State of Michigan. For the school year, Rochester Community Schools has earned the distinction for the third time. Schools frequently provide employment for community residents and, in some cases, offer community services.
